The heart of it is Sure Cycle’s triple-wound, braided buffer spring. It’s cold-drawn, finished with a slick PTFE coating, and designed to cut down on that annoying spring “twang” for a smoother cycle. It pairs with a solid 3-ounce alloy buffer, anodized and laser-etched. At 3.25 inches, it’s the correct carbine length for any standard AR-15 in 5.56/.223 or .300 Blackout.
